With Coach Gun, our flagship red wine, we showcase the beauty of blending. When the individual wines are brought together successfully as a blend, they create a unique balance. In this highly educational and unique tasting, we invite you to experience the individual components of the blend first hand, tasting each of the 5 Bordeaux varietals individually to form a better understanding of what each brings to the final blend. Enjoy wines from our Priest Ranch portfolio perfectly paired with artisan cheese and charcuterie selected from Cowgirl Creamery in Point Reyes, CA. Our Wine Specialists seasonally choose four wines and four provisions that bring this wine tasting experience to the next level. As you move through the experience, we will teach you how the characteristics of a specific wine can be enhanced by the proper food selection.

In 2004, we combined the historic Priest Ranch (660 acres) and Elder Valley (955 acres) properties to create the Somerston Estate. Today the 1,615-acre estate has 215 acres of producing vineyards from 15 distinct areas.
